It will proudly join the substantial array of VBA's professional benefits administration services. This acquisition will allow us to offer a dependable time tested system to allow prospective clients easier access and more control of their benefits administration and it will be supported by our superb technical staff and our award winning call center technology.
The VBA management team has over 80 years combined benefits administration experience. Management's experience in administering COBRA, FSA, Eligibility, Premium Billing, Retirement Plans, and enrollment will be leveraged to upgrade and enhance the BISNet system. The BISNet system has a history of servicing both small and large clients, including such notable clients as eBay, Dreyer's Inc., and Pechanga. The BISNet software will be made available to select clients immediately.
